We've been renting from Home Solutions for 3 years now and we just wanted to say how promptly and professionally they have been with anything we've needed. With the recent cold weather, we found out that our heat wasn't working effectively. I sent a work order request in the morning, we were scheduled and seen that same day! We've had direct interactions with Liz, Jennifer and Trevor and they are very happy to help, solve problems and they do what they say they're going to do. It's been a pleasure having their help and support and I highly recommend them!
If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. As someone who deals would customers and clients all day, and having worked for a leasing company, I would never treat any one the way these people treat their tenants. They are a scam and will charge you on move out for stuff that is Illegal under Florida Law. They will try to price gauge you on move out fee's.
