I wouldn't even give this title company one star. They have the worst customer service EVER. We asked for a closing in a specific day because the buyer had family and friends to help out. They absolutely refused to budge, although they had the package. In my 19 years of Real Estate I have never had a title company not make any exceptions. The receptionist hung up on the lender twice because she didn't like the way he was talking to her. Very unprofessional... I had to beg for things to be sent to me.
