This is the absolute worst business. I think they are a front for some other business (Use your imagination) because they sure aren’t in business to sell items. I ordered a bedspread off Amazon on 810/25 and today is 10/11/25 and the bedspread has not arrived. Amazon must be having trouble with them too because you can’t even leave a review anymore for them. Customer service like this is the reason they have a two-star overall rating.
The company called Home Soft Things does not deserve one star. My friend ordered a pack of 2 heavy faux fur pillow shells from Amazon for me because she have Prime. I figured it could come quickly instead of me ordering and it will take several days. It was ordered on July 18, 2025 and expected delivery on July 28, 2025. If I could rate lower than one star I would! I ordered this item from this company as a gift for my daughter. It's already been two weeks since I placed the order, and I've never received it. However, the status of the shipping said that it had been shipped , AND received by the carrier, and I would be getting it in less than one more ADDITIONAL week.
