Won't communicate with Philips to remedy recall. This has cost my family over $3,000 out of pocket and my insurance company several thousand more. Very disappointing.
I contacted Home Sleep Solutions on May 3, 2021 regarding my need to replace my 9 year old CPAP machine. They quickly setup a virtual appointment for May 4 with Dr. Matt Holtzman of Wayne Neurology. The virtual consult was efficiently conducted as Dr Holtzman had my original sleep study report. I was told by Dr Holtzman that he would complete his report and issue a prescription in a couple of days. He would obtain my original CPAP settings from my DME.
