I’ve been telling this company that I don’t have any use for their products for at least five or six months. They still won’t stop. I don’t know why such a a simple request is so difficult for them to understand. What’s they are this is that lately they’ve taken to billing my insurance company without even sending the crap to me. I mean, it is a shame that they are so shady.

Sleep study ok. Cpap machines, the billing person said, " Its not like going to walmart." The point is it should be transparent. Insurance is similar in this case to any that is cheaper to self pay than go thru insurance.

This system is useless and fake. I did a sleep study with them. Very expensive. They said everything was normal and no sleep apnea. My Dr said that seems impossible so he ordered an overnight in house sleep study. My results came back sleep apnea! Do not trust this company or waste your money. Does not seem legit.

Incredibly difficult to get in contact with this company. I've left at least a dozen voice mails between trying to just get something set up and then trying to put a down payment. They finally call me back, while I'm at work and can't answer a phone, and tell me they are canceling my study because they can't get in contact with me. They apparently cant get in contact with someone that's left over a dozen voice-mails trying to contact them. How do they expect people to get anything done with them??
