Ines (the owner) is one of the nastiest people we've ever dealt with. We've only used this company twice. The first time was in December 2023 and Ines informed us the workers have very little ability to speak English (which we didn't mind). When they came to clean, the workers had to use their phones to translate, and since it was their first time cleaning our home, we had to instruct them what to clean, etc. and it took them longer because they had to constantly use their phones to translate everything we were saying.
