Ronald Dale Massey of Polk County, Florida was hired to repaint and do some minor repairs to our historic home in April 2015. Before we signed the contract with Mr. Massey, the price went up $3000, due to the fact that he found that he would have to make more repairs, totalling $19,000; we agreed and signed the contract which stated that he would apply two coats of Super Paint from Sherwin Williams after he scraped and primed the house. Same thing with us he has been to jail for fraud!! After scamming us out of 4,000 to read screen and paint our pool deck and the back of our house. He used interior paint on the outside of our house. The paint washes right off when it gets wet. Not to mention he cashed the check in someone else's name. We got the money back. BUT!!! Put a lean on our home for the money which we ended up having to pay his lying thieving a**. DO NOT HIRE HIM HE WILL RIP YOU OFF.
