Within all the years dealing with Home Depot, I am 110% of your customer. I’ve had four homes done with flooring many other projects. You guys are the best. Also, your team is completely uplifting at any current time to get things done carpet people their team the last two I had father and son they were the utmost best in all respects, true experts, and what they do humble, and always with a smile.
Misinformed of details of installation dates. Asked if Saturday would be possible, was told yes. That was not true. Customer service call center was not friendly. I had to provide my own carpet tac board for new carpet, I didn't know mine was old and damaged, they would have just covered it up. I ran to buy it ASAP!!! They didn't clean the floor before installation. Just a brief sweep. NEVER AGAIN, not recommended.
