Recently bought a fridge. Bobby helped me out and did a great job helping me out. Unfortunately, the fridge was damaged and I needed to get a new one but the customer service team took care of it and are sending a new one.
Most pathetic and disorganized place I've ever encountered. Do not contract through Home Depot what ever you do, you will be extremely sorry. The flooring installation to my house was not professionally done, plenty of mistakes everywhere. Home Depot was unresponsive to my many calls and complaints, and only chose to respond when I threatened to sue.
Took 15 minutes to get any help in plumbing dept only to see they don't carry what we need

Ordered carpet from them and paid over $1400 and they were not heard from for over 2 months. Found out that they had the carpet for over a month and "forgot" to contact me, spent a week trying to get them to set a date to install and the management was very rude and uncaring through this whole process. Not buying from them again.
