So here is an update on my Home Depot Customer Service Nightmare. Oh, that's right, you don't communicate, so let me give you the whole story. I ordered flooring on April 13, 2017 online. I received an email stating that it would be delivered between April 24th-April 26th. I took a vacation day on the 26th so I could install it. It did not show up.
