WE were happy when they installed a new furnace but this last job has been a nightmare. WE called to have our AC HVAC system looked at - no AC in 2 upstair rooms. The tech came out 2 different days with cameras etc spent probably 4 or 5 hours - decided we would first try getting a new pump. 2 weeks later and over 8 phone calls etc. NO return calls. no pump ordered etc. I finally ordered the pump myself (tiny only about 6in x2in) scheduled to have them install it.
