Very nice and easy to deal with , very honest and very professional, would love to do business with them again .Melanie was god sent , understood our problem with our water and found the right solution for us with the help of their water technician. I’m sad to say, but I would never recommend this company for dryer vent cleaning or duct cleaning. I called them because of the good reviews, but was very disappointed at the service we received. They scheduled us with Ted initially, but he was unable to make it due to a personal family issue and we were re-scheduled for an evening appt. Ted came back but did most of the work in the dark. We had him here to clean our ducts and our dryer vent, as they had never been done in 27 years and I was concerned about a potential fire ... read more
