The humidifier installation required additional wiring and water supply, along with a humidistat installation. The team they sent was very courteous and professional. This was not a simple task and they worked very well together to put the system in. Plus they added some decking to my attic that I had from a previous job. That was also appreciated. Great job gentlemen!.

Outstanding service at a great price. Zach was very knowledgeable, addressed all of our concerns and answered our questions. He is very professional and personable and was prompt and respectful of our home and property. Zach did not try to upsell things we don't need or want. They have a very affordable twice yearly system cleaning/tune-up program (with a substantial discount for veterans and first responders). We recommend without reservation.

Had an HVAC system that was not adequate for the size house it was installed in. Home Service Nerds gave me several options and I decided to replace the entire system. They made the swap in one day and the system is working very well now. I have several rentals like the one they worked on and they have solved an issue at another of those rentals for a very reasonable price and very quickly. Jay came for a first maintenance call on my AC/heating unit. In his due diligence he found that a return duct had been set up poorly when installed in 2012 resulting in faulty furnace operation. A great diagnosis will protect the furnace and longevity of the useful life of the furnace. A good collaboration with fellow technicians and him. Good job, Jay!

I give Home Service Nerds 10 stars for the professionalism and commitment to their customers. I have nothing but great things to say about their products, maintenance and their employees! I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed. They have a great and inexpensive animal program that will ensure your system is working year-round!
