Had a new AC system installed by Home Service Nerds and the experience was excellent! Shannon kept everything organized, Jae and Ryan did a fast, professional install, and Dakota made sure the system was running perfectly. Quick, thorough, and top-notch service all around!
Service was excellent! Contacted them and they were very fast and responsive on getting my appointment set to get my air condition fixed. Tech was very knowledgeable and told me step by step what he was doing!! Had a hick up a couple weeks later and they came same day to look at it and get me back up and running ! I would recommend 10x over!! Thank you :)
We had a great experience with the entire process. Inspection, load calculations explained thoroughly, and install was fast and punctual when we were ready. Pricing was fair and quality good. They automatically give a 3-year warranty too. Veteran owners are ethical and honest—won’t oversell to a product you don’t need. We do still have to replace our very old upstairs HVAC unit next, and will plan to use this company again!
My two 22 year furnaces and A/C finally died. I called several companies and chose Home Service Nerds Heating & Air and glad I did. First they fought hard to earn my business. Then they answered all my questions. I went with 2 furnaces and 2 heat pumps (dual heat). My two technicians ( Ryan & Jae) were at my house the next day. Very knowledgeable and polite.
