We were very pleased with the service and communication we received from Home Service Nerds! From the moment I called to getting our ducts repaired and replaced, we were very impressed with the whole process. I called on Wednesday afternoon and Dakota came day of to inspect our ducts and quote us for replacement and repair. Dakota was very knowledgeable and explained everything and then an install team was here two days later to replace and make repairs where we needed it. Would recommend Home Service Nerds 100%!

The technicians at Home Service Nerds were wonderful. They explained the steps needed to fix an issue with my inside system in ways that I would understand. Several of my neighbors and I have set up yearly maintenance with HSN. They come twice a year to inspect and maintain the units. They are kind and respectful. They treat you like family. Highly recommend!

I had some ductwork done to improve the pressure readings in my HVAC system. When the system runs at a higher pressure than it should, longevity and efficiency can be the cost. Dakota came and got the job done correctly. Ensured the readings had improved and that the individual zones were operating as they should. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and attention to detail.

I waited to share my comments until now as we wanted to see how our new HVAC performed in cold weather. We are not disappointed to say the least. When our system failed in October Home Service Nerds arrived timely to inspect but the age of the system led to a new install. Very pleased and recommend reaching out to them for your HVAC needs. Love the Nerds. With bad weather coming in and my disabled mother coming to stay with me, they responded rapidly and were able to make my furnace reliable. They even mentioned wanting to get it fixed due to my mom coming here. Nice guys, great work. Would recommend!
