I had Zach come out to give me a quote for a mini split system. He asked some questions. I asked a lot of questions. The conversation felt natural. Weird to put it that way, but what I mean is that I didn't feel like I was talking to a technician that is also a salesman.No up-sales (actually the opposite) and no pressure. I like to do research before I get quotes on a job to prepare questions and educate myself to at least the basics. It helps me understand what a tech may say, but also to test the tech's knowledge.
