Zach was in our home this week for our scheduled maintenance. He was friendly and efficient. He checked everything including the furnace, where he found a gas leak. He shut off the gas and returned the next day to repair the leak. It could have been a dangerous situation and we really appreciate the quick action. We renewed our maintenance plan, that cost is reflected below. The leak was under warranty and cost us nothing.

Zach with Home Service Nerds HVAC was absolutely fantastic. He was able to come out the next day for a maintenance visit and did an incredible job. We have an older unit from 2007 that was clogged and struggling to keep the house cool, and Zach took the time to explain exactly what was going on, what he could do to fix it, and what our options would be when it eventually comes time for a replacement.
