I called to check the status of my application. A lady answered the phone. No form of greeting. I told her I mailed my application and she immediately asked very rudely, Why would I mail it.. I was informed I can mail it. She continued to be rude and unprofessional. I told her I am currently living in North Carolina and I am from Hartsville, and was looking to move back. I no longer want to stay. She was very unwelcoming.
Staff was rude and disrespectful had a man during pest control spraying the units go through my underwear caught him on camera ! And they kept increasing rent. Definitely wasn’t worth staying there longer than you have to.
