Sean was very unprofessional and disrespectful in the home loan process. He did not keep it professional when he wasn’t getting the results HE wanted instead of what the client wanted. He sent rude texts multiple times and was rather difficult to communicate with. As a first time homebuyer you would expect a little more patience and helpful tips rather than being threatened and rude. I definitely would not recommend them at all!
Pat and his staff were awesome to work with. The entire refinancing process was clear, simple and painless. Everyone involved was available to answer any questions we had and provided timely information on closing.
