After a massive hail storm that damaged our 5 year old roof and gutters to the point that water was coming in the house, Allstate flat out denied our claim stating it was normal wear and tear. Two independent inspectors later, all stating it was damaged by hail, and our car needing $14k in repairs for the hail damage, Allstate still denied our roof claim as normal wear and tear.
