SCAM - I hired home safe claims after my home flooded from hurricane Helene in 2024. They gave me a whole list of things in their contract that they were going to be doing to help me with my insurance. They did NONE OF THOSE THINGS. I had to navigate the whole process by myself and ended up doing so. When I contacted them letting them know that they were in breach of contract and that I would not be continuing using their company, They angreed and apologized.
