I was very disappointed with Home Run Improvement. I contacted them on July 23rd via their website requesting a free estimate on rebuilding our three story deck wood stairs to the third floor apartment. I received a prompt response the same day with a request to set up an appointment. I gave them three options and we agreed on a time on the 28th of July. I couldn’t be more happier with my deck! Kevin explained what needed to be done and went over every detail with me. Leo the laborer was one of the hardest working people I know, and put the fact that he was very knowledgeable and put great pride into his work. Just made an all out great experience!! I highly recommend!

I was excited to see positive reviews however very disappointed in my interaction. I requested a quote, set up an appointment and no one showed up. I queried the company and received a text shortly after my call stating that my request was out of the scope of their business. However, a number of previous reviews had the same work done. I don’t mind they couldn’t do the work, but any type of communication before the appointment to advise me of that would have been most appreciated. Very disappointing.

This company was a pleasure to work with and they did a fantastic job at a fair price! Michael, the field manager, was always very prompt to reply to my messages and really went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything. I wish more contractors were just like him. We had water damaged wood and siding that needed to be replaced as well as a downspout issue. They fixed all of it and even made everything look better than before.
