Kevin wasn't easy to deal with and didn't want to help with fix jobs that were incorrect. Just for starters they built a bench in my shower and put titles on the floor but did not grout. When i reached out to him he told me i didn't have the grout there and i should have my contractor do it. Well, my contract with him stated grout so i told him no he needed to fix it. We used Home Run Improvement for new siding, gutters, and downspouts and we are very satisfied with the work that was done. The crew that came out was great and worked diligently, even during incredibly cold temperatures. Kevin was great and he always responded promptly anytime we had questions or concerns.
I recently had the team replace the old vinyl siding with LP smart siding on my garage and additions. The work was done quickly and the team arrived timely each day. I also found them to be very responsive and addressed any concerns I had during the job. The overall result was excellent and the work has significantly enhanced the look of the house.
