Completely unprofessional and unprepared. I purchased my 60" Samsung Smart TV and sound bar 3 months ago and had no idea they sell "open box" merchandise. The first TV had power supply issues and would not even turn on. Chris, the owner, came promptly to my home an hour late from our scheduled appt, without the proper tools or equipment, to replace the TV.
