I have to say for the first class and being nervous and a beginner in this Amanda was so nice and made me feel comfortable with everything. Took the time to make sure I was doing it correctly and it felt like I was welcomed . I look forward to continuing this journey and if you’re looking for a CrossFit gym this is a place to feel at home.
Looks like a nice place. I dropped in for a noon class and it wasn't open, though their website indicated that there was indeed a class at that time. Tried calling and no#one answered either. I'd recommend you call and reach a person before trying to drop in to a class.
Home Roots has been such a life changing experience for me! All of the coaches and the people that come here are the best to workout with! It’s a judgement free zone where one can reach potential. I would not be where I am if it was not for this place. Definitely stop by, even if you feel like you aren’t in shape. This is the place!
