Casey K, Planner/Estimater, came to our home where he examined/inspected the roof, made suggestions based on information provided by me. Great experience. Ryan did a thorough, accurate estimate and explained all details and possible deviations from the cited materials and costs. The Office staff kept me informed of the materials order status and schedule. Steve and his crew were on time, efficient, and worked hard for two long days to complete the roof. Steve also kept me informed on the progress and status of on-site materials. The crew did a stellar job cleaning up the area once the roof was complete. 100% recommend.
You have to take reviews with a grain of salt. A place with many bad reviews should probably be avoided. That being said a construction/ roofing business with many good reviews could just mean that yuppies who don't know the difference between a hammer and a shingle are writing them. I spent nearly $20,000.00 on our new roof because I didn't want to tear off the old one. They did a great job with that except for one shingle nailed out of place.
