Just stay away! Horrid management as well as frequent changes. Work orders get canceled, Home Ridge puts you in dangerous situations and unkept areas. The garbage dumpster is extremely dangerous; can walk up to it due to trash and filth. Not all adminites are available to you as advertised. IE the car wash hasnt worked since I have been here, the walking trail is no longer walkable. Just ridiculous! Stay away!!!!
These are the worst apartments ever. I tried posting pics of the trash, it is awful gross and ridiculous. The pool area is just as bad. I watched little kids get dropped off at pool no adults and a group of little boys leave the pool and go throughout fence to town homes behind the apartments. I was told by an adult that management told non residence they could swim if they had an adult with them. It's sad people have to love in this. I have lived in Midway Apartments for a few months. We have already had a change in Mangement. Not to mention the failure to input work orders in to the system. When we moved in..in the 3rd bedroom the gave use a very old rainbow color ceiling fan. The bathroom cabinet doors had dog hair painted to the doors. The shower was broken, the kitchen drawer were not attached to the bottom and some where hard to pull out, the fridge had broke shelfs...the heat has been on emergency heat for a long time...they always have a excuse.Th... read more
