Rich was our property manager on a couple properties we own. He ended up selling the property management business and never ever told us. When I made the agreement with him to manage our properties I asked if he planned to sell the business in the near future and he said "No". I also asked if he did to please let us know and give us 60 days in case we wanted to move....and he agreed but obviously did not honor his commitment. Not someone we plan to do business with again and suggest caution if you do.
Rich operates a property management company called “Property Management of Kootenai County”. This is how we had the very unfortunate displeasure of working with him. He is extremely rude and treats renters like second class citizens. He will constantly call and text during nights and weekends, interrupting family time.
