The owner Joe Hensley was very professional. He fully explain the process and interpreted insurance estimate.He answered all my questions, Along with explaining how the insurance process works. I have some construction background and I posed several questions in constructions which told me he was very knowledgable in his field. Home Restorers advised me when my delivery of roofing product to be delivers and when construction was to begin. Very professional. Did work in a timely manner. Addressed every issue and walked us through each process. Looks great. Excellent work. Suggested a better color for shingles than what we had picked Would definitely use again
Dealing with any damage caused by natural disasters is tedious. The home restores team took us step by step through everything and did most of the back and fourth with other folks for us. In the end we came out on top. We have a great appreciation for them. I'm sure they'll do a great job for you as well.
