Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I was lucky enough to find Sam at "Home Rescue" several years ago. Since then Sam has fixed my old air conditioner and heating system many times. I had Sam replace my air conditioner this past Spring with a new system and he did a GREAT job. I have used Home Rescue in Hendersonville, TN. for several years now. Sam just added a new air conditioning unit for my house. He did a GREAT job and always works with me as a customer and treats me right. If you need someone who knows what he is doing and does the job right for heating and air conditioning, than Home Rescue is who you want to call.

Through our life in two homes, each with an upstairs and a downstairs heat & air unit, my wife and I have always called Sam At Home Rescue when a unit stopped working right. He always responded quickly. He has always been very knowledgable and honest, having our best interest at heart. I think his prices have been less than average. It is easy to give Sam the highest recommendation.

I called Sam from Home Rescue to check out a problem I was having with my Air Conditioner not cooling. Sam came out the very next day and fixed the problem. Sam knows what he is doing and will not rip you off like some other Air and Heat companies I have dealt with. Sam is as honest as the day is long and I won't call anyone else to repair my Air Conditioning units. If you want someone who knows what he is doing and won't rip you off, you need to call Sam at Home Rescue Heating and Cooling.

I called Home Rescue and Sam was on site same day and had the problem resolved much cheaper than expected. I highly recommend their service and plan to use them for any needs in the future. Wish all businesses were as pleasant to deal with.

I called Home Rescue about an Air Conditioner problem. He called me back and he solved my problem fast. This guy knows what he is doing and won't take you to the bank doing this. I respect and trust what he tells me I need to do and you can put your trust in him 100%. If you need Heat or Air Conditioning work done and done right you need to call Home Rescue.

Without question the best experience with this type of business. Sam is a consummate professional with unquestionable integrity, work ethics and went the extra mile to take care of us. He was honest and direct in presenting the resolution of our problem with the A/C units. Recommended without reservation for any type of work.
