We called Tyler and scheduled an appt for him to quote us a price on some work to be done on our home but he never showed up nor called to reschedule. We called him the following day and he answered his phone without stating his name or the business. It was just a "hello" so my husband asked, "Hey, who am I speaking with"? and the response he got back was "You called me"! Not professional at all. Tried to make an appointment and got "who is this"? Told him what I needed and got the run around. Never made an appointment due to the lack of professionalism.

My experience with this company has been awesome! Tyler is quick to respond and very professional demeanor along with affordable pricing! He has done a few things for me so far and I am going to continue to use Home Rescue for all my “handyman” needs! So pleased. Unfortunately when requesting follow up information -- I could not get a response! No insurance information provided and no documentation for follow up with my HOA.
