Had to change out LED lights in the ceiling which would have required 12 ft ladders. Done before but looked dangerous so reached out in Next Door and found a recommendation for these folks that use a scaffold for safety. Took some time to assemble but once done it was quick to change lights. Manual also showed another light the needed to change to match the others. Strongly recommend.

Manuel did a beautiful job in restoring a very tired bathroom. Our tub was leaking and he managed to change it out for a new tub and was able to do that without damage to the tile on the wall. He is a painter, and an electrician and a plumber and he does it all so well. We highly recommend Manuel! He will not disappoint you!

Manuel is nothing less than exceptional! He is meticulous and takes his time. He and his crew just finished up painting the entire 1st floor of my condo to include 3 stairwells...they were finished in 3 days. Manuel fixed and prepped the walls for painting...always covered everything in plastic. I recommend him for any project that you are thinking about having completed...he can do it all! Manuel, of home Repair Skills, recently painted our deck and wallpapered a single wall in our powder room. He did a great prep (power wash, repair, etc) and paint job on our deck. He was very efficient and worked steadily to complete the job in a short time. We recommend Manuel and will happily be in contact with him for future work on our home.
