the worst company I have ever used they managed our home she hung up on me multiple times after she did not do her job She never got back to me in a timely manner and went against things we had discussed such as pet deposits and the lease i would never recommend using this company
Don t ever rent from this company!! My husband and I rented from them and hated it. The building wasn t even presentable. There were cracks in the walls and the ceiling leaked above the toilet and when we told the maintenance man it was leaking he didn t do anything about it, there was a clear hole there that was just covered up with sheet rocking mud. Its sinks that yahoo makes you give a star. This company down right sucks. You should only consider renting from them as the option after you last. They do not work with you and are very rude after you sign your least. They make the property seem alright, but fail to tell you why the last tenants moved out. If your are college, you might want to look for a different agency or private owners because the majority of the homes aren t college friendly, any you would do better with on campus housing, to avoid the headaches they c... read more
Robin, my landlord was helpful and efficient with us. If we had any problems (the very few that we had) with the apartment they were fixed right away. For example, the coil in our oven went out and it was fixed the next day. When we moved in we had some things that needed repaired, they were fixed within the week. DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is rotten to the core. They dont know how to treat people. The manager is a moron. There are plenty of places to rent from. Do yourself a favor and try someone else.
Not a friendly rental company. Lived in one of the apartments and payed rent always but they were always AWFUL with fixing things and getting back to you. They had promised a lot of work would be dont to my apartment and they never did it. I have kids and the kitchen flooring was cut up in the doorways causing problems. I bought carpet to pout over it because after 2yrs i knew they werent going to fix it. I wouldnt recoimmend this company if you have children. I rented from Robin for about a year and a half, until the property was sold and came under new management. When I was there, the freezer stopped working and ice cream melted. I had a working replacement in a few days. Also, I accidentally knocked loose a water pipe when moving the stove and water was going everywhere until I found the shutoff valve, and she sent someone to fix it for me and didnt charge me, even though it was my fault! In my opinion Home Rentals and Management are great! I am a college student here in Warrensburg and I just recently started renting from Home Rentals and Management. They were very helpful to getting me situated in my new apartment. When I wanted to move in on a Saturday, they worked around the problem that they are closed, went ahead and met me to give me my keys. Very nice people and great rates on their rentals! I would reccomend them to anyone who wants to save money and be in a nice location.
Very unprofessional. Manager is rude and truthfully if you are a college student you are much smarter than them. They dont know anything about customer service or taking responsibility. If anything ever goes wrong with your place it will probably be your fault and you will have to deal with it.
