I live next door to a home rental property @ 400 n.e. 2nd ave. What's it gonna take to get the dope dealers out and the traffic to stop. They raided the house and caught child endangerment charges. They smoke dope outside our door and the saddest thing is how they prey on other tennants who can't say anything bout what happens. When is enough enough. Who has the keys really.
I own a home next to one of this company's rentals. The fence between our properties needs to be replaced. They sent a gentleman out a day or so after my calling them, which is nice. But here it is 10 days or so later and the office folks don't have a clue about his findings. I spoken with three different people there with no results. Starting to feel like they just hope I'll pay for the whole thing and go away.
