I should have checked the online reviews before even call him for work. Please check picture how water leaks once he installed a toilet upstairs. During his installation the guy broke a part and blamed that I was broken previously. On top of that his man just came, working the bathroom and roaming around the house without covering his shoes. A whole evening took to clean up. Such a nasty work!!! I would request you to check reviews before calling them.
We actually got our basement done with this guy. Came to know Igor is just a complete mad mad , extremely arrogant, extremely annoying character to deal with . It was just a simple nightmare to go through the process with him. Trust us , his work is ok but definitely not worth the stress and harassment. He will keep over charging and harassing you throughout with slightest regard or accountability
Igor and his team are great. We just did our guest bath and they finished on time and did an awesome job. The bathroom looks amazing and we are having them renovated our master bathroom as well. Igor was great to work with and shared a lot of ideas that made the bathroom look really amazing. It was easy to get in touch with him and he didn't even collect all the money until the job was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend him.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Have you ever seen a mad man cursing for 16 minute straight, non-stop in front of kids? If you don’t mind that, he’s the guy to hire! In all honesty, his men did a good job but the owner himself is the worst person I’ve dealt with in my life. Job was 90% completed in 8 weeks (end of Oct’21) and went dead silence and always given excuses when following up and was not given any updates. End of Oct, even told him I specifically went to the bank to get CASH for his allocation of work performed, as requested. D... read more
