Had Brian come out to give me an estimate. He was on time and very professional. I got quotes for 3 roofing types and decided with the traditional metal roof. They also removed two unused roof vents and installed a new microwave and bathroom exhaust vents. Now the roof came out looking fantastic! Done in one day. There were some issues that arose. Well, I can say that Brandon was pleasant to deal with at the initial start of our project. It has however been a frustrating experience. One without communication and one where it's always one excuse after another on why they can not show up to work. To begin with we have always been upfront and have paid every time they have asked for anything. Somehow the work for us was always postponed. The crew (Cole, Ronnie, Nelson) did an outstanding job today on a repair/removal of skylights that had been leaking. Brandon previously correctly identified the problem and scheduled the repair quickly given the weather conditions in Banner Elk. Price was very reasonable and work was completed quickly. Fred Schmitt
