I had my house listed on the market for a few months with no offers and I needed to sell quickly to move back to Ohio. So I contacted some of the house buying companies and most of them just made me lowball offers and wasted my time. My mother passed away suddenly and me and my sister contacted chad he was very pleasant to deal with and made the whole process very easy for us step by step. we ended up dealing with him and some of his partners to get the house sold. he worked with us on our timeline and didn't push at all to close let us go at our own pace. we set a close date and it went off with no problems. We just received a group text from someone named Annie with this message" Hey Donna, my name is Annie. I own the property down the road to XXXXXX(our address). I was wondering if you ever thought about doing anything with it." First, our privacy was just violated by sending our name and address in a group text with people that we have NO idea who they are. Beware of this company. I tried dealing with this company after receiving an unsolicited phone call from a representative named Annie. My first redflag was the lack of professionalism on her behalf. I needed to discuss omissions in the proposed contract ie closing costs!! She replied to my inquiry for Chad Bartlett's contact information with an excuse of not having them in her notes.
