We had a super selling experience. Calls, texts and emails were returned promptly and the vendors they referred us to for various repair items functioned very professionally. This was a stress-less experience. I will be using Mike Porter and the Home Realty Pros team for all our future real estate needs.

My experience with this company was far above average! Mike explained alot about different types of loan programs. This allowed me to communicate effectively with my lender and pick the best option for us on financing, even though he isn't a loan guy. On the purchase of our home Mike fully coached us on how to write the best terms. We ended up getting our home for a little under asking price and were told it was because of the aggressive terms of our offer we submitted. I would use Home Realty Pros again.

When my husband and I first started looking to purchase our first home we started out with a different realtor. We found that we were doing all the leg work and our realtor was just there to unlock the lock boxes. Mike was great! I interviewed a number of realtor teams and liked Mike's professionalism the best, he listened to what I wanted, and gave me honest feedback about my expectations. He had an aggressive plan to market my house on both the internet and his personal contacts with realtors and other homeowners in the area. He got my condo in contract for less than asking price which is awesome since the condo was only recently put on the market. I was a first time home buyer and Mike explained things patiently and thoroughly and was very accommodating with me on availability to show homes. During the transaction he was successful in helping resolve an issue with the condo association so I could finalize my loan. Definitely a Broker you should use when buying!
