Threatened for a slander lawsuit after leaving the premises unsecured, damaged, and trashed, is wild. Property was trashed, Jim Lagan lied -stated the property was clean after his personal inspection. Damages exceed security deposit. Further damages exceed 10k. Dry wall, leaks, missing smoke detectors. Damaged blinds, Unattended WATER DAMAGE. Tenant and management untruthful and deny damages. Very unprofessional.
