Home Realty and Management has been the most responsive and accommodating property manager I've experienced as a renter so far. There was never a long wait for service if problems arose, and I was always treated respectfully. I also appreciated their reminders on ways to care for the property when seasons changed. If you decided to work with them as a property owner or renter, then I'd imagine you'd be happy with their quality of service.

I've been a vendor of Jim's for some time. I've met with and done work for many of his customers. Jim is very highly respected and everyone I've met with that works with him is happy to do so. If you're looking for a realtor or property manager Jim and his team are your people!

Three stars cause he did do a good job managing my property but glad to be out of business with him. Quick edit to respond: it wasn’t just the end, where you lied about now knowing as I made you aware in writing. You were pretty condescending the entire time we worked together. I stand by my statement. Take care.

The best property management company out there! I sincerely appreciate Jim and the team at Home Realty and how amazing they’ve been to myself and my entire family over these past couple of years! I highly recommend this business. I also want to shout out the vendors that Home Realty works with that have helped us with the typical home maintenance issues that inevitably arise. Every vendor is always so friendly and works quickly and efficiently. They’re awesome!
