I went to look at a rental property and Chuck Hayworth was the showing agent. During conversation I mentioned we may be interested in buying in Salisbury in a year or so. Chuck made a face and told me I'm the wrong color for Salisbury. Boldly unprofessional, and didn't even apologize when I called him out on his off color comments.
This was probably the easiest e perience I have ever had purchasing a home.
BUYER BEWARE!! I attempted to get a mortgage with this place and it’s very, very shady. The guy Chuck (who comes across as a good down home country nice guy- do not let him fool you) I dealt with promised me a low interest rate because I have great credit, but later on in the process when he thought I was stuck and couldn’t find another lender in time he changed his story and my interest rate went up significantly because of the “location” of the home that I found.
