Rude, unprofessional, non-responsive to phone calls.
Very rude, discriminatory, and unprofessional! I’m not sure how he still has an active license or runs a brokerage. He violated every inch of the code of ethics as a REALTOR! If I could rate him a 0 that would be the best rating for him. Stay clear of this firm especially Dennis.
Dennis Hawes is an awful Broker/Owner. I thought Real Estate professionals operated with some code of ethics until I saw how he addressed my Realtor. He is rude and unethical. I do not recommend his services to anyone. He was so rude to my Realtor I’m surprised she kept her composure and still attempted to work with him on my behalf in order to show me the house. Dennis HAWES was rude and abrupt to both myself and my realtor. He hasn’t returned calls to either. We offered on a house $45k higher than the winning bidder. He was negligent in assuming we weren’t owner occupiers (we called Freddie Mac and know this to be fact) and forwarded a winning bid to someone that clearly was flipping houses (a little bit of public research would show this).
