I have been seeing Nupur Sharma for about a year now and , despite my own inconsistencies, she is so patient and understanding and tries her best to work with me and my schedule. Her kindness and patience with me is what helped me become more and more comfortable opening up and being myself so that I can recieve the care that I need. Dr. Parisi was excellent for me when I was struggling with job pressures and depression a few years ago when I was changing careers. Of all the providers I have experienced in my life, he stands out for his laser focus on getting me better quickly. We didn't waste a year going through my childhood, nor did we have session after session where I would ruminate and talk about being depressed. I have had a very positive experience with my therapist Jose. From our very first session, he showed an incredible ability to relate to my background as a Latino. It's refreshing to work with someone who truly listens and understands my perspective. I worked with Doctor Parisi for a few months and in short, he was wonderful to work with. Not only did he listen, he also provided tools through CBT to help process future needs. In addition to my sessions, he provided workbooks and readings to help me get a better understanding of what I was going through and how I could help myself at that moment an din the future.
