Don’t rent any properties through this company, me and my wife have been without gas for 2 months now. They specify that we need to report any problems through some dumb website and they don’t even act on it. Doesn’t even seem like Isabel Otten is worried about making sure we are in a live able space. We can’t even make our own hot meals. We have to go out and buy food that is already cooked to eat. The cold weather is right around the corner, this is not right! You all are stressing out my pregnant wife!!
