We utilized Jesse Loya as our relator to purchase our new build. We thought he was amazing but it turns out that was only that because he had to do nothing with a new build. We utilized him to sell our house this year thinking it would be great. The lack of communication, promises told and things said that would be done that were never completed are a joke.
