We utilized Jesse Loya as our relator to purchase our new build. We thought he was amazing but it turns out that was only that because he had to do nothing with a new build. We utilized him to sell our house this year thinking it would be great. The lack of communication, promises told and things said that would be done that were never completed are a joke. UPDATE: We appreciate your feedback, but we do want to clarify a few points. The utilities remained on during the entire time the property was in your possession. The keys were not returned until about two weeks after many attempts to meet to obtain the keys and a denial that the keys were even in Mr Yanez' possession. Additionally, the listing status was updated to “withdrawn” rather than “cancelled” which inaccurately makes it appear as though we still have an active contract or agreement in place. ------------------------... read more

Stay away from any agent working for this broker and Penny Moore! From deceptive practices, unethical and unprofessional behavior, and fraud! The list goes on! They will NOT work in the best interest of their client! Only whats best for the brokerage! If you find yourself already dealing with them, becareful with the paperwork and negotiating they do on your behalf. Do NOT believe anything they tell you while negotiating deals. Even if they are "representing" you.
After repeated issues with poor communication and a lack of organization, I decided to withdraw from my build. The process felt chaotic from the beginning, and I did not feel supported or informed enough to move forward with such a major financial commitment.
