Let me start by saying I wrote a bad review due to the lack of communication from the front office of this company. I ended up deleting it because once the technician did show up he was great. Now the technicians boss won’t stop calling and texting me to remove the bad review which is already gone… so here I am writing another one. Do not harass someone into removing an honest review because your company did something wrong. Their front office is very hard to get a hold of and they do not even have an answering machine….
