Mark worked with us on a new gutter install for our home. He helped troubleshoot issues we were currently having with under-sized gutters that were on the house and helped us determine that upsizing the gutters was the right thing to do to ensure that they were sized appropriately for the large amount of water flow from the large valley structures our roof has during heavy rain storms. Great roofer on time on price. Showed up worked with my insurance company can't ask for a better experience. My go to from now on.
HPS came to our house a while back to fight what appeared to be a never-ending battle with our insurance company. During this, Mark did everything in his power including communicating with the local government to acquire documentation, policies, etc, that backed the claim. This is by far the worst contract company I have ever worked with. Some advice. If you want someone that will talk so much and waste your time trying to upsell than Mark is your man. He reminds me of a lonely old person living alone and his only outlet are those forced to work with him. Roofing job done, hundreds of nails left in my yard, over anxious to get paid, knowing I work in the medical profession and will get his money, the best day working with this company was the past day I had to see him,
