This agency works so badly. They make you apply, spend your money and time, and then tell you that they will first see if someone else wants the property. If they don't want it, you continue, they make you spend money, that's all. I don't recommend it.They just want you to spend your money applying

Going over all all the reviews I understand that I am not the first person to unfortunately have a bad relationship with home property management. We’ve been left without a fridge for an entire month, making day-to-day living incredibly difficult. This was the easiest rental process that I’ve ever had. Everyone was super helpful to my client and I when we had questions and needed help. We mostly spoke to Stefanie for everything, she is very responsive and stayed on top of the rental process. Kimberly was the listing agent, and she was super helpful and kind from day 1.It was a delight to do business with them both.
