Overall, I have had a good experience living at the Villas for the past two years. It is a safe apartment complex for college students, which is what's most important to me. The noise can become problematic, but it does not occur every day so I enjoy the quiet nights when I can. The parking is not bad, but definitely is hard to find a close parking spot after spending a long night in the library or returning anytime after 8PM. The amenities have been improved thoroughly. DO NOT RENT FROM MORGAN PROPERTIES. Morgan Properties only cares about the money. I had to move out of a different apartment due to roaches, and they do not care that we had throw almost everything away, find a new place to live, or the health concern. I found a roach on my child’s face in the middle of the night, gave my 30 day notice, didn’t make any noise or fight while leaving, and they still want to charge me over $3000 for ending my lease early. If you are currently attending a local college and like to party this is an okay place to live... Do not move here if you do not like drunk students running around screaming at all hours of the night!
