Steve and his workers and subcontractors did an outstanding job getting us back into our house after we were flooded by Superstorm Sandy in 2012. Communication was great, the price was very fair, and the quality of the work was excellent. When we hear stories about other people's experiences with Sandy repairs, we realize how lucky we were to have him looking out for us. Highly recommended.
Steve was responsive - every call and text was responded to within minutes. His crew was respectable and their work was on point. He over delivered on timing of the completion of the job to my delight. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and look forward to having him come back to update the rest of my home.
We had a fantastic experience with HPM as contractor. We had to re-do our daughter's townhouse last fall, to begin almost instantly and to be done in 8 weeks. Steve of HPM told us he was unlikely to be able to make it, but would try. He actually finished 2 weeks early. His subs' workmanship was excellent. The business arrangements were very clear and fair, with assorted payments due as various sub-tasks were completed.
