Literally could not be worse at his job.
My partner and I applied to one of Thomas’s properties and have had a horrible experience. We sent an application and I had to book an appointment for an initial call which I booked for the next day 1:40pm - 1:50pm. No one ever called me. If i had an option to give -0 I would. The worst property management ever seen in USA. A guy named "Thomas" is the most irresponsible person I have ever met. 1) He will never respond to your calls or messages. 2) If you have your luck he will respond back after several days to solve your issue. Worst service ever. Would not recommend anyone.
Home Pro creates the exact experience I want from my property manager. Things are always taken care of, and zero headache for me. My rental portfolio is now generating income that (thanks to Home Pro) is almost completely passive. It's incredible.
