During construction of my ADU, we encountered a moisture issue in the attic space. Warm air had been trapped inside before roof vents were installed, and after drywall went up, mold began forming rapidly on the rafters, ridge beam, and plywood sheathing. Matt was friendly on the phone and he was able to make an appt for the Mold Clearance Test the next day. He arrived on time, was professional, answered questions, and took care of the test promptly.
