Gary was able to do our inspection within a couple days in the middle of a emergency. We were surprised with needing a inspection with only a week til closing and Gary made it happen. Great guy and great business. I highly recommend.

Such a great guy. My Buyer was in a bind and desperately needed a component inspection on a foundation issue that was flagged by an FHA appraiser. Gary worked us in for us and charged a very reasonable fee. Greatly appreciated!
