Be extremely careful when contracting with this company. Our builder used HomePro with the technology and security and we entered into a contract for alarm monitoring. They would not allow cancellation (without a buyout) even though we were moving from the home. I paid for it another year after moving and when I called to cancel, I was told it had just renewed and they would have to speak with a manager. Finally agreed to cancel the service but still required me to pay for 2 more months even though i don't even own the home ... read more
If you are having the electronics in your house done by this company, do yourself a favor and act like you are interested in their security services until after your house closes. If you do not, you will get no introduction with anything they have done, as promised. They will slap your wiring in a box with nothing labeled. If you call asking for an explanation after they are done, it will come with a fee because you turned down the security system.
