Had to get a new keyless entry lock & the tech took care of replacement quickly & made sure I knew how to set
This company is a huge scam, stay away. Their devices fall apart (had a malfunctioning security panel for months and every door sensor fell off within 1.5 years). They lock you into new annual contract extensions without disclosing this to you, this is following the initial 3 year contract. They then make you jump through hoops to cancel their service. I have never had such a poor experience with an alarm company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Go with Vivent, SimpliSafe or even ADT over this scammy company.
I'm not usually one to post reviews, but I had such a great experience with HomePro. Morgan in customer service was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Kim Ferris made it super easy for me to set up access for additional users. And Kelly in tech support patiently walked me through the process. In this day and age of AI customer service, it was so nice to talk to humans who could help me! I would highly recommend HomePro!
Moses was so helpful during the pre construction phase. He was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Really enjoyed my time at HomePro with him! Helped make things very seamless.
