I want to send a shout out to Ryan for doing such a great job with the replacement of my roof. He was thorough, professional, and diligent while keeping me updated throughout the process. He had multiple conversations on my behalf with my insurance company and made the process so easy for me! He offered suggestions as well which I really appreciate as it can be an overwhelming process. He was so great to work with and I will definitely be working with Home Pride again in the future!

We ha a great experience with Aaron for our roof inspection. He was early, professional and friendly. He did the inspection and there was very minor damage which he fixed on the spot at no charge. We will definitely call Home Pride again when needed. Very highly recommend!!

I would like to thank Ryan (the cowboy) with Home Pride for coming and inspecting our roof, windows, siding, gutters etc. Ryan was extremely cordial and a breath of fresh air. He didn’t find enough damage, hence was a waist of time for him and Home Pride, however you wouldn’t have known that as he walked away as kind as he was when I first shook his hand! The entire team was really great to work with. This was my first time working through repairs on a home insurance claim and the project manager, Diego R, was really great with communication and coordination throughout the entire process. The work was great and all of my concerns were addressed. The house looks better than when I moved in!

Find a different contractor! The work was fair at best. paid up front (INS. Check) for work that was never done. A company with the Name Pride Would have some Pride!. Think again? None stop calling Ins. Adjuster wanting more money. Job is not complete to my satisfaction meaning I JoAnn Kee will not sign job completion order Home or (no) Pride better name. city was out and Inspected 2/12/24 bill in mail or hand deliver invoice date & due date 1/5/24 we going to file a lien.against The house . Very professional and accomodating. The communication with the project manager was outstanding and they were all very knowledgeable and understanding in regards to dealing with a home owner insurance claim. Would recommend and gladly work with them again.
