I use them for quarterly home maintenance, landscaping, and then a fairly significant landscape construction job. Maintenance and landscaping is fine. Expensive, but generally good and competent. The more significant job has been an absolute disaster. I used this team because they portray themselves as a group with a high degree of professionalism, communication etc, all of which turned out to be false, specifically for the person managing my project.
