I hired these guys to replace filler valves and add shut off valves. Had a slight leak a couple weeks later, I gave them a call, the tech they sent was working in the area and he showed up to fix the leak today, same day I called. I like these guys and I like Jason doing the work. I will call again with other problems I may have.
Called them out pilot light kept going out. Told them could have something to do with wind and they overhauled furnace left and pilot light goes out again 5 minutes after they leave. I call the tech he says let me talk to my boss. No return phone call. Call the tech next days and he says boss will call. I call office no one knows of issue. Absolutely no one follows up and still no heat after paying. Does no one follow up with customers!!!! Apparently not. I would not use them for anything!!
